Rosa Cai is the Operations Lead for Growth Catalyst and ScaleUP programming, working at the intersection of technology and education. She specializes in program management, operational strategy, and learning enablement, with a focus on building systems that drive sustainable, high-quality program delivery.

She previously led operations across a $10M+ program portfolio supporting early-stage companies in Canada and globally. She designed and implemented systems that enabled scalable founder programming, cross-functional execution, and strong stakeholder engagement across multiple cohorts.

In her current role, Rosa leads the planning and execution of ScaleUP Week and Growth Catalyst programming, overseeing partner coordination, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery. She is known for bringing structure to complex environments and translating strategy into clear, executable programs at scale.
