Backed by experience managing a $10M+ portfolio for early-stage companies, she brings a strategic yet hands-on approach to building systems that deliver real impact. From coordinating partners to driving program delivery, Rosa thrives in turning complex ideas into seamless, high-quality experiences.

Jack, a Mount Royal University alumnus with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, excels in coordination and detail management. Since joining in 2022, he has been instrumental in ensuring smooth program delivery at Growth Catalyst.

Emily, a Mount Royal University graduate with a major in Marketing and a minor in International Business and Entrepreneurship, is passionate about design, branding, and international relations.
