Simon is a Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Mount Royal University’s Bissett School of Business, Associate Director for the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Director for the Growth Compass. The Growth Compass Community amplifies the exchange of evidence, while the Lab designs, delivers and evaluates new learning programs, all focused on catalyzing significant and sustainable growth episodes. Simon is experienced in growth strategy and innovation consulting, having co-founded Business Improvement and Growth (BIG), an organization that creates transformative learning experiences that help ambitious business owners and leaders crack the growth code.
